Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Fage nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Wash fruits. Slice strawberries into halves and banana into round slices (easier on your blender).
  • Add fruits to blender. Add yogurt and honey.
  • Blend.
